Aqueduct: facilities and infrastructure intelligence that acts, then verifies.
Aqueduct runs buildings, campuses, plants and airports, and the water and energy networks that feed them. It replaces or connects your BMS, BAS, EMS and water systems, turns their data into actions, and checks each result against measured data.

Five things that set it apart.
A replacement for BMS, BAS, EMS and water management
We can fully take them over, or work across them.
An AI-native platform
We use AI to drive outcomes. AI is the method, not the product.
Outcome-led
Water, energy, air and operations results, verified at the meter.
System-agnostic, any door
Works with what is installed, replaces what is failing, or is specified into new construction.
Proven in live sites
275+ sites across 21 countries, including hospitals, CRE portfolios and dairy.

Uses AI, IoT and digital twins. Supplies the data for sustainability and ESG reporting, certifications and carbon accounting.
Keep your BMS. Replace it. Or build it in.
Built block by block to match the real installation.
A water network with its balance equation, an electrical single line diagram and individual equipment like a rooftop unit shown as its real components. Not a generic dashboard.

Weather normalized from day one.
Regression on historical use plus cooling and heating degree days, fed by 6 to 12 months of utility bills. Rate configuration turns the difference into money. The method follows IPMVP Option C for the whole facility and the regression approach in ASHRAE Guideline 14.

Real control, with an audit trail.
Every command is logged with who approved it, when it was sent and whether the equipment confirmed it, so control can be audited like a ledger.

We act, and the meter verifies it worked.
Every claim runs the same loop. Every verified result becomes the new baseline, which is how a facility moves toward running itself.
Not just another BMS, CMMS, IoT or AI company.
Aqueduct sits where these categories meet. It replaces what should be replaced, connects the rest and turns every reading into an action you can verify.
Inside the platform
Common questions
Yes, where the controls have aged out. Aqueduct can replace or work across the BMS, BAS, EMS and water management systems a site runs today, and which functions to replace is confirmed site by site. See three ways in for keeping, replacing or building it in.
Aqueduct runs in the AWS cloud, in the customer's region, with every reading stored once in aQ Core at the granularity each product needs. An on-premises option exists for sites whose data cannot leave.
Aqueduct reads meters and sensors over LoRaWAN, Modbus and BACnet. For control, it uses LoRaWAN relays for simple loads, and Modbus or BACnet through a field device controller for AHUs, RTUs, chillers and VAV boxes, with every command logged.
aQ Core models every site as floors, zones and devices, so each reading has one address. The same model feeds the water, energy, air and maintenance products, which is why a site number adds up across the portfolio instead of differing between tools.
